My Secret Weapon for Detox & Digestion
With summer coming to an end and fall approaching quickly I wanted to share my favorite detox hack. I know it sounds too obvious to be true, but it totally works, trust me!
Here it is: hot water and lemon.
Sometimes for an extra kick I add some ginger slices. After drinking my morning coffee I boil some water and then add it to a fresh mug, then I chop up some lemon slices. Instantly I feel like my body is rejuvenated and refreshed! Throughout the day I never feel bloated or have any stomach problems! I love watching morning routine videos on YouTube and I saw sooo many people drinking hot lemon water, which I wanted to try for myself.
